Our
puppies are ready to go to their new homes between 8-10
weeks old. In extreme circumstances we have kept puppies longer for new
family preplanned vacations, etc, but we do charge a $12.50 kennel fee
per pup per day to kennel your baby beyond their first 10 weeks. They
have a distinct advantage to stay with their mother until at least 8
weeks as she and the entire pack is concentrating on training them in their canine
manners, so don't be too anxious for your little bundle of fur, as this will
help you out tremendously in the long run. We work very hard at
socialization between 6-9 weeks. We have "puppy parties" here at
Daze O
Grace and some local homes, also have taken pups to
a School where we set up ex-pen and floor mat and
after children wash up they are allowed to hold and play with puppies. We
visit many local businesses as well. This is absolutely wonderful
for both the public and the puppies. 
We also have added Bengal
and Savannah cats to our home with the hopes that they will help prepare
our puppies for their new homes which in many cases includes cats.
These felines are being a wonderful help and all the dogs love them and
enjoy their amazing energy
and high intelligence.
We do ship our puppies within the continental USA, but greatly prefer
that you come and pick up your pup. We know that it isn't always
possible (and wasn't possible for us to pick up all of our dogs), so we
do understand, but want to encourage you to come and visit our home and
see where your puppy spent its early life. If you like, we can try to
assist you in arrangements for hospitality accommodations. All shipping
cost for the puppy is the sole responsibility of the buyer and is not
included in the price of your puppy. (Shipping costs usually run
between $200-250 depending on where you are located.) Shipped puppies
come with their airline required health certificate, first set of shots,
worming, health guarantee, snuggle blanket and toy from
home and their travel crate.
The pups come with their first puppy shots, worming and Veterinarian
health certificate and baby blanket, and snuggle toy with their home
scent. The pedigree papers and/or affiliate club will be sent to you
when I receive it from the club and after I receive a copy of your
spay/neuter certificate (which is absolutely required as per contract)
for your pup by 6 months of age. Our recommendation is to alter your new
puppy around 5 months
Small dogs are easy to transport on family trips,
outings and even many jobs, adding delightful educational and
companionship opportunities
to young children as well as adults. We encourage you to ponder
the possibility of adding a puppy to your home; it might be just what a
child or adult needs to give that exceptional sense of HOME.
